Clearbrooke Technologies Now Hiring: Operations Technician Full-Time | Michigan Join Our Growing Team! Clearbrooke Technologies is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Technician to join our team. We're a Michigan-based manufacturing company specializing in innovative chemical and biological solutions for personal care, industrial applications, cleaning products, and wastewater treatment. This is a hands-on position offering a variety of responsibilities, including quality control, manufacturing support, raw material management, and general operations. We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, takes pride in their work, and can be counted on to complete tasks accurately and independently. Previous laboratory or chemical manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. We're willing to train the right person! What You'll Be Doing Working closely with our Quality Control Chemist and production team, your responsibilities will include: Assisting with product quality control inspections, testing, and documentation. Recording, organizing, and summarizing batch testing results. Managing raw material inventory, storage, and supply chain activities. Assisting with manufacturing batches, including lotions, fragrances, and specialty chemical products. Maintaining accurate incoming and outgoing shipment documentation. Organizing and maintaining our product sample retention library. Supporting workplace safety programs and initiatives. Helping ensure production areas are properly cleaned and maintained according to established procedures and FDA Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Assisting with research and evaluation of raw materials for existing products. Supporting additional projects and operational needs as the company continues to grow. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, pays attention to the little things, and enjoys a workday that offers variety. Qualifications and Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic math proficiency and the ability to work with measurements, quantities, and calculations. Familiarity with both metric and U.S. measurement systems, or the ability to learn. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications. Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate records. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision once trained. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities. Professional, respectful, and cooperative approach to working with others. Experience in manufacturing, inventory management, quality control, or a similar environment is a plus, but not a requirement. Why Work at Clearbrooke?
