NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED TRUCK DISPATCHER! Myles Transportation LLC & Randolph Logistics LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable, and results-driven Truck Dispatcher to join our growing team! LOCATION: Duncanville, Texas POSITION: In-Office Only (No Remote Work) EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 Years of Trucking Dispatch Experience COMPENSATION: Earn 8% of every load you successfully secure and dispatch! REQUIRED LOAD BOARD EXPERIENCE Candidates must have hands-on experience with the following platforms: Sylectus ArcBest (ArcB) Load One PEAK JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Find and secure profitable loads. Negotiate competitive rates with brokers. Dispatch and coordinate company drivers. Monitor loads from pickup through delivery. Maintain communication with drivers and brokers. Maximize truck utilization and minimize empty miles. Ensure accurate load documentation. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years of professional trucking dispatch experience. Experience with all four listed load boards. Strong freight negotiation skills. Knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven. IMPORTANT POSITION DETAILS This is an IN-OFFICE position located in Duncanville, TX. Work-from-home or remote arrangements are NOT available.
