Job description: Job Title: Medical Courier Driver Location: Greater Los Angeles Area Company: MedExpress, LLC Job Type: Full-Time 12:00 PM → 8:00 PM Pay: $19- $20 (Raise considered after successful 90-day probation) Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Pay + Opportunities for Commission and Bonuses Medical Insurance Phone bill reimbursement up to $50/month Company-provided scrubs (2 sets) Mileage Reimbursement for personal vehicle use. Job Summary Med Express is seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Courier Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering time-sensitive medical equipment and supplies to hospitals and surgical centers across the Greater Los Angeles Area while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Use company vehicles & personal vehicle to transport medical equipment and supplies. Load and unload items weighing between 25 to 55 lbs. Deliver to sterile processing departments (SPDs) at hospitals and surgery centers. Maintain communication with supervisors regarding delivery statuses. Comply with all company policies and safety protocols. Assist the warehouse manager with tasks when deliveries are not scheduled. Participate in overtime shifts, evening runs, and rotating weekend on-call duties. Represent the company professionally to all clients and hospital personnel. Identify and refer potential new clients— earn commission for bringing in new business . Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 18 years of age with a valid California Driver’s License. Must have a personal vehicle with insurance. Experience driving 16 ft and 26 ft trucks preferred – training available if needed. Clean driving record (no moving violations or outstanding parking tickets). Ability to lift 25–55 lbs. regularly. Must own a smartphone for navigation and communication. Must pass a background check and drug test. Professional attitude, team-oriented, and eager to grow. Bonus eligibility based on performance, customer feedback, and attendance. Uniform Requirement Scrubs required (Company provides 2 sets).
