Class A CDL Team Drivers – Dedicated OTR | Paid Per Block

Drive New Equipment. Run Dedicated Routes. Get Home Weekly. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Team Drivers to join our growing OTR operation based out of Southern California. Drive brand-new, state-of-the-art 2026 Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks and newer models while running dedicated long-haul routes with consistent miles and weekly home time. Our team operation is designed for professional drivers who want reliable freight, structured routes, and competitive per-block compensation. Compensation – Paid Per Block Drivers are paid per completed block , with compensation based on verified CDL-A and OTR driving experience. 6 months–1 year: $1,500 (per driver) 1+ year: $1,750 (per driver) 1.5+ years: $2,000 (per driver) Additional earning opportunities include performance bonuses, retention incentives, and driver referral bonuses. Bonuses & Incentives $1,000 30-Day Retention Bonus after your first 30 days $3,000 12-Month Retention Bonus after 12 months of continuous employment Performance Bonus: Up to 15% based on safety, on-time service, and productivity Referral Bonus: Additional compensation for referring qualified drivers and teams Bonus eligibility and details will be explained during onboarding.
