Night Dispatcher

Job Responsibilities: Dispatch limousines according to company rules and schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures. Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate scheduling and addressing any discrepancies promptly. Work night shifts, demonstrating availability and flexibility to cover shifts as required. Previous taxi or limousine experience is a must, with an understanding of the transportation industry. Provide fast responses to customer inquiries and requests, demonstrating exceptional communication skills. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently. Manage and coordinate the activities of the Order Taker team, ensuring a smooth workflow. Qualifications: Proven experience in dispatching within the taxi or limousine industry. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. Availability to work night shifts and weekends as needed. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Familiarity with GPS and dispatching software is an asset.
