Merchandiser / Stock Associate / Customer Service

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser / Customer Service professional to join our team. This role involves enhancing store presentation, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, retail experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in store management, merchandising, and visual design is highly valued. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Stock shelves, assist with receiving of merchandise and perform inventory control . Support store remodeling projects, interior design updates, and visual merchandising initiatives Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and enhance branding efforts Maintain cleanliness of the store environment. Collaborate with team members on pricing strategies, sales promotions, and product displays Skills Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, or store management Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration Organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, stock levels, and POS systems efficiently Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Customer service orientation with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences Assisting customers carrying out purchases to the car Ability to lift and carry cases up to 50lb Ability to climb a ladder Job Type: Full-time (must be available some nights and Saturday) Benefits: Employee discount On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule On-the-job training Paid time off Work Location: In person
