Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator
PARK VIEWPARK VIEW REHAB CENTER MEDICAL RECORDS / CENTRAL SUPPLY COORDINATOR The Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator at Park View Rehab Center is responsible for ensuring all resident records are properly attached to the resident electronic file, order nursing supplies, stocking supplies, and ensuring facility physicians sign orders monthly. In addition this position will maintain the Quality Assurance book and scheduling appointments.
