Master Scheduler - CBP PPMSS
ConfidentialPosition Description Angayut, LLC's Master Scheduler provides senior construction and program scheduling support. The position supports U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) under the Program, Project and Mission Support Services (PPMSS) contract, supporting the Border Patrol and AirMarine (BPAM) Program Management Office (PMO), U.S. Border Patrol (USBP), and Air and Marine Operations (AMO). The scheduler develops, reviews, integrates, and maintains schedules in Primavera and Microsoft Project or successor tools. The role evaluates schedule logic and dependencies and reports progress, cost, and slippage so Government leadership can assess portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities Review project schedules, Project Requirements Documents, and related planning records using Primavera and Microsoft Project or successor systems; recommend changes to improve accuracy and usability. Evaluate schedules from contractors, servicing agencies, and internal teams for logical sequencing, dependencies, completeness, and alignment with project requirements. Assist PMO Project Managers with developing and maintaining project and program schedules and make corrections as conditions change. Prepare an integrated schedule covering all project schedules and their interdependencies; provide the approved electronic integrated schedule to the Government client monthly. Prepare comprehensive schedules and support management of milestones and resources throughout each project's lifecycle. Measure progress and performance, identify deviations from current schedule and cost baselines, and notify the Government client. Report schedule or estimated-cost variances in a Progress Variance Report on the date established by the Government client. Update project schedules monthly and submit revisions reflecting current conditions. Prepare monthly Performance Measure Reports covering the previous month's progress, cost, and slippage and the next month's estimated progress. Coordinate schedule inputs with Project Managers, analysts, and project partners and maintain traceable records of assumptions, updates, and approved baselines. Qualifications Education: Master's degree required. Any education or experience exception requires Government client and COR approval. Experience: Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience required. Required: Experience developing schedules in Primavera and supporting construction scheduling efforts. Preferred: Experience integrating multiple construction or facilities project schedules and evaluating logic, float, and interdependencies. Preferred: Microsoft Project experience and familiarity with federal construction programs and USACE, GSA, and FAA. Preferred: Experience preparing progress, variance, cost, and milestone reports; PMP, PMI-SP, or an equivalent scheduling credential. Schedule: Ability to work five eight-hour days, Monday through Friday, during Government-designated hours generally within 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. No overtime is authorized. Travel Travel may be required to operational sites, meetings, or other assigned locations. Travel requires prior authorization from the Government client and COR and coordination through Angayut and GBTI. Eligibility Requirements A CBP Background Investigation is required. The candidate must meet applicable Government suitability and access requirements, and the resume must be submitted to and approved by the COR and Government client before the candidate starts work.
