About the role: The Manager, Brand Marketing supports the Director in bringing Kiehl’s US brand strategy to life. The role leads the planning and execution of assigned campaigns, partnerships, consumer insights initiatives, and premium amenity programs. Working across teams and with external partners, the Manager turns brand priorities into coordinated programs that strengthen consumer engagement and support business objectives. Key responsibilities: Translate brand strategy and global guidelines into plans for assigned US marketing initiatives. Lead campaigns, partnerships, and growth-channel programs from brief through execution and evaluation, in line with objectives, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate integrated marketing across digital, social, retail, e-commerce, CRM, and in-store channels. Partner with brand engagement teams and internal creative, experiential, and promotional partners to deliver community programs, events, sponsorships, and related assets. Manage assigned research projects with the Consumer & Market Insights team, including brand health studies, consumer panels, and focus groups; synthesize findings and share recommendations with the Director. Monitor brand and campaign performance, partnership results, consumer insights, and market trends. Prepare presentations and updates with clear takeaways and recommendations. Lead monthly NIQ data pulls and analysis, monitoring market share, competitor activity, and US skincare category trends; flag relevant developments to the Director. Manage day-to-day execution of Kiehl’s US premium amenity programs within the agreed strategy, including partner coordination and performance tracking. Coordinate with hotels, fitness clubs, distribution partners, and internal teams—including demand planning, supply and operations, and customer service—to support program delivery. Maintain project plans, budgets, approvals, and performance reporting; identify risks early and propose practical solutions. Set priorities and provide feedback and coaching to a direct report. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive marketing or brand management experience, preferably in consumer goods, beauty, or a related industry. Experience executing brand plans, campaigns, consumer research, and integrated marketing communications. Understanding of consumer marketing across digital, retail, and e-commerce channels. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders. Ability to analyze consumer, market, and campaign data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing presentations and briefs.
