Logistics Specialist

Schedule: Thursday through Monday, 4pm to 12:30am Compensation: $20 per hour Responsibilities include the following but does not limit basic duties : Process customer orders and develop delivery schedules Schedule/dispatch drivers daily with portal Check on airfreight inbound shipments Frequent communication with customers and vendors of orders Organize and maintain customer account details through our inventory system Customer service support; respond to email and phone inquiries Track and monitor the status of customer orders and troubleshoot any associated issues Verify goods reach their destination in a timely manner. Verify drivers are within DOT regulated on duty hours. Comply with DOT standards and shipping regulations. Submit Inventory reports to the designated customer. Scan over documents upon completion to the desired customer Xerox Submit documentation to Accounting department for final billing SharePoint. Prepare inbound and outbound paperwork packets for warehouse personnel to ensure shipments and targets are met via Nav Dynamics Required Skills : Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Attention to detail Problem Solving Data Entry Microsoft Excel Work well under pressure 1 yr. minimum experience in operations/logistics Offered compensation: $20/hr Experience and License Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Logistics / Operations
