Join the Team at LUMA – Now Hiring Logistics & Operations Manager– Free Housing & Company Vehicle Pay: $3,000 per month Benefits: FREE 1-Bedroom Apartment + Company Vehicle Provided Job Type: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Job Description We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support the daily logistical needs of multiple businesses, including retail stores, spas, and employee housing. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, works independently, and values flexibility. The position does not follow a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. While there may be significant downtime between assignments, the ideal candidate must be flexible and responsive when operational needs arise. Key Responsibilities Receive inventory deliveries, unpack merchandise, organize products, and restock shelves. Coordinate inventory transfers between retail stores, spas, and other business locations. Assist with employee transportation, including airport pickups when needed. Coordinate company vehicle maintenance, including inspections, oil changes, and other routine servicing. Provide access to employee apartments and coordinate appointments for internet installations, maintenance, and other services. Handle pickups, deliveries, and other logistical requests. Ensure day-to-day operational tasks are completed efficiently. Support additional operational needs as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, operations, inventory, or general business support preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable, responsible, and highly organized. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable with physical tasks, including moving and organizing inventory. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed. Schedule & Availability Flexible schedule based on operational needs. Generally one day off per week. No fixed daily working hours. Downtime between assignments, with the ability to remain at home when services are not required. Must be available and responsive to scheduled and occasional short-notice operational requests.
