Logistics Coordinator / Operations Assistant (Entry-Level)Join Our Team! Retriever Cargo is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator / Operations Assistant . This position is ideal for someone with logistics, transportation, or customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has familiarity with the Colorado Front Range and Denver Metro areas. Position Overview Schedule may vary between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Final schedule will be established once the position is filled Based on a 40-hour work week Occasional overtime may be required during peak business periods, with workweeks reaching up to 50 hours Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor freight recoveries and deliveries Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and vendors Navigate multiple web portals and transportation management systems Enter and manage shipment information accurately and efficiently Assist with scheduling deliveries and operational planning Provide exceptional customer service and resolve operational issues Support the operations team in a fast-paced logistics environment Qualifications Previous logistics, transportation, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred Strong computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software platforms Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Knowledge of the Colorado Front Range and Denver Metro area is preferred Experience operating a 26-foot box truck is a plus, as occasional assistance with Denver Metro recoveries may be required What We're Looking For Self-motivated and reliable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving environment Commitment to providing outstanding customer service Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics industry Compensation Starting Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications.
