Logistics Coordinator (Direct Hire) | Davison, MI Our client, a growing robotics and industrial equipment company, is hiring a full-time Logistics Coordinator in Davison, MI. This is a direct hire role that starts hourly and moves to salary down the road. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll manage freight for both the Michigan and Atlanta operations, handling LTL and FTL shipments, sourcing and negotiating carrier rates, and coordinating domestic and international shipping. You’ll work with HS codes and import/export requirements, classify freight, and keep transportation costs in check. This role is built to grow into broader transportation responsibilities. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics or freight Working knowledge of LTL and FTL freight Carrier rate sourcing and negotiation Familiarity with NMFC and freight class Exposure to HS codes, import/export, or freight forwarding A cost-conscious mindset and a real interest in learning and growing
