Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the logistics of shipments, including scheduling and tracking deliveries. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and records for compliance and audit purposes. Resolve any issues related to logistics, including delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments. Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement in processes. Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
