Pay & Compensation Average pay: $1,500 - $1,900/week Estimated annual pay: $78,000 - $94,000/year CPM: 60¢ - 70¢ (increases 1 CPM annually, maxing out after 10 years) Stop Pay: $20 Average miles: 2,100 - 2,500 per week Home Time Home every day after your shift Night shift Orientation One day long(can be finished online too) $125 paid with your first paycheck upon hire Transportation and hotel provided Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment Freight Handle 100% no-touch container freight across local routes in the PA, NY, and CT region , with dependable year-round work, regular deliveries, and consistent opportunities to stay on the road while returning home more often. Equipment Modern equipment: Operate 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworth T680s. Easy driving: All trucks feature automatic transmissions . Day cab trucks: Drive day cabs designed for local routes(with 53ft Box Trailer). Your assigned truck: Receive a truck assigned specifically to you. Please note that trucks must remain at the company yard and cannot be taken home.
