We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated retail store delivery account based in Tukwila, Washington. This is a full-time local driving opportunity delivering retail merchandise throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Drivers operate assigned automatic day-cab trucks and enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off. PAY & COMPENSATION Average weekly gross pay: $1,615 Average annual earnings: $84,000 Mileage rate: $0.62–$0.66 per mile Annual mileage pay increases Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 (conditions apply) Doubles load bonus: $40 per load Drop/hook pay: $25 per stop Stop pay: $40 per stop Holiday pay: $200 per day New-hire training pay: $200 per day Outsourced account pay: $350 per day Safety training pay: $20 per hour Weekly and annual earnings are averages, not guaranteed wages. SCHEDULE & HOME TIME Monday–Friday Daily home time Weekends off Start times between 2 PM and 7 PM Approximately 12 hours per day Approximately 1,700 miles per week Six paid holidays JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver retail merchandise throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Operate assigned automatic day-cab trucks with 48-foot or 53-foot dry van trailers and 28-foot pup trailers. Perform approximately 8 drop-and-hook stops and 2 live-unload stops weekly. Handle mixed freight, including drop-and-hook and live unloading. Assist with lift-gate unloading at one designated delivery location approximately twice per week. Handle doubles loads, which account for approximately 50% of freight. Assist other transportation accounts approximately three days per week as needed. Chain equipment when weather conditions require it. REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A CDL. Minimum 3 months of solo Class A driving experience. Doubles endorsement required within 60 days of hire. Must be willing and able to chain when weather conditions require. Must be able to perform required freight-handling duties. Must be willing to assist other accounts when assigned. Must pass applicable background and employment screening. EQUIPMENT Assigned automatic day-cab tractors. Dry van trailers (48-foot and 53-foot). 28-foot pup trailers.
