Attention to detail when reviewing product specifications and invoices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Interest in Italian food products and ingredient sourcing is an advantage. Preferred Skills Familiarity with food procurement and supplier relationship management. Knowledge of Italian ingredients, specialty foods, and product quality standards. Experience with inventory tracking or purchase order systems. Basic negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate deadlines and delivery schedules.
