IT Procurement Analyst- Hybrid- Henrico, VA

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Sourcing Consultant to lead a sole-source procurement process for a cloud-based licensing and enforcement system. Responsibilities: Manage sole-source IT procurement and required documentation. Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate pricing, contracts, and deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders, project teams, and suppliers. Identify procurement risks and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare technical documentation and gather requirements. Conduct project closure and lessons-learned reviews. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in procurement and supplier management, including cloud solutions. 8+ years of contract and vendor negotiation experience. 8+ years of technical writing and requirements gathering experience. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Virginia public procurement laws. Familiarity with VITA cloud-hosted security requirements. Additional Requirements: Candidate must physically reside in the United States throughout the assignment. Local Richmond candidates preferred. Initial interview via Microsoft Teams, followed by an in-person interview. Candidate must be available for 20 hours per week for the full 8-week assignment.
