Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory-Warehouse-Shipping-Marketing professional to join our team! At HONEYCUT Dancewear, we create everyday while simultaneously shipping product across the globe to our direct-to-consumer and wholesale customer base. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to create marketing initiatives, sit in and contribute to product development meetings, oversee inventory management, coordinate warehouse operations and facilitate shipping logistics. The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive, and possess a strong understanding of the dance world, warehouse systems and logistics processes. In this position, you will play a vital role in continuing the strong branding message of HONEYCUT while ensuring smooth inventory flow, efficient order fulfillment, and effective communication with direct-to-consumer and wholesale customers, to drive our business forward. Duties Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to ensure accuracy and availability Coordinate shipping and receiving activities for frequent apparel deliveries, including loading, unloading, and organizing small warehouse Prepare and package orders with precision using picking & packing techniques, ensuring timely order fulfillment for customers Utilize ERP systems and Shopify platform interface for data entry, order processing, and stock tracking (training available) Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock movements, and inventory adjustments through detailed documentation and data entry Support warehouse distribution efforts by organizing product stocking, order picking, and packaging processes efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to order status, shipment details, or inventory availability Assist in implementing marketing initiatives through communications with ambassador teams, social media and event coordination. Retail display experience is a plus! Requirements Experience in warehouse or retail shop operations or related roles with knowledge of warehouse distribution processes are a plus! Familiarity with basic computer data processes and systems Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory levels Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment -- we like to work smarter, not longer! Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, including load & unload operations and packaging standards Customer service orientation with effective communication skills for internal teams and external customers Ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently managing responsibilities Join us in this energetic role where your skills will directly impact our operational success!
