Inventory Specialist
Rhen's Nest Toy ShopRhen's Nest Toy Shop in Atlanta, GA is looking for a back of house specialist to join our retail team. Our ideal specialist candidate is attentive, self-motivated, and reliable. This is a part-time position offering 35 hours a week that would require availability between 9am - 4pm up to 5 days a week (earlier days and possible weekend work during peek seasons) Responsibilities Oversee warehouse daily activities. Order supplies and maintain suitable consumable item levels. Assist our retail shop in fulfilling e-com orders. Check-in product received at the warehouse against invoices for accuracy. Prepare inventory for transportation to our two retail locations. Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation. Be available to oversee the unloading of FedEx/UPS deliveries. Must be able to lift boxes up to 40lbs Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a warehouse/retail environment. Be willing to occasionally fill in at our retail shop when needed. Hours may vary. This position will be crossed trained as an in store sales associate. Qualifications Previous experience receiving large quantities of inventory required. Please only apply if you have previous inventory receiving experience. High school diploma or GED required. Must work well independently. Time management skills, with the ability to multitask/meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is a must. Must have clean driving record with ability to drive a cargo style van on occasion. Must have reliable transportation.
