duct accuracy, timely delivery, and strong support for stores and e-commerce operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Inventory Associate:
• Carefully pick and pack orders according to established guidelines to maintain accuracy.
• Top up storage bins from reserve stock and accurately sort and receive goods.
• Handle motorized material transport devices like forklifts and pallet jacks (certification offered).
• Oversee the safe construction of pallet shipments and efficiently manage conveyor operations.
• Perform duties including loading and unloading trucks, managing warehouse storage, and heeding directions communicated via RF scanners.
• Undertake physical tasks that encompass lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, and walking throughout extended periods.
• Comply with safety instructions given in spoken and written English, and be flexible in responding to changing job tasks.
• Display proficiency in teamwork and a willingness to work extra hours as mandated by the business's operational needs.
Qualifications and Experience of Inventory Associate:
• Individuals who are 18 years or older and possess the capability to obtain equipment certification via training are encouraged to apply.
• Basic mathematical operations, consisting of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Highly sought-after qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with at least one year of relevant experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates with basic computer skills and experience with RF scanners are preferred.
