Role and Responsibilities of Load Planner:
• Create daily

transportation plans and validate shipment details through EFMS, Topex, TMS, or Red Prairie Route Interactive platforms.
• Confirm carrier communication and ensure daily load assignments are properly received.
• Arrange delivery appointments while meeting customer service requirements and deadlines.
• Partner with customers, carriers, and internal teams to provide shipment visibility and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate pickup schedules and distribute transportation plans to warehouse and distribution teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve transportation processes, reduce costs, and strengthen service performance.
• Escalate compliance challenges and assist in creating action plans for resolution.
• Provide support for shuttle services and yard operations when assigned.
Required Skills and Experience of Load Planner:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 0-3 years of logistics or transportation experience.
• Strong ability to organize tasks and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-volume operational environment.
