Inventory and Data Entry Assistant

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately enter build and assembly orders and related information into the WMS system.
• Review build and assembly orders to ensure item numbers, materials, quantities, and other information are entered correctly.
• Update and maintain build and assembly order information as changes are made.
• Assist with tracking materials used for build and assembly orders and ensuring inventory is accurately reflected in the WMS.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and scheduled inventory counts.
• Perform cycle counts and help identify inventory discrepancies.
• Compare physical inventory counts with quantities recorded in the WMS.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, materials, and warehouse locations.
• Report inventory discrepancies or build order issues to management.
• Assist warehouse and production staff with locating materials needed to complete build orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory counts, adjustments, and material usage.
• Help ensure inventory is stored and labeled in the correct warehouse locations.
• Communicate with warehouse, production, and office staff regarding build orders and inventory.
• Assist with other administrative and warehouse-related duties as needed.
Qualifications
• Previous data entry, inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience using a WMS or inventory management software is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and office team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with physical inventory counts throughout the warehouse.
