We are actively expanding our network of dependable independent couriers who take pride in delivering essential healthcare solutions directly to patients. This is an independent contractor role (1099), not W-2 employment. You use your own vehicle, handle your own fuel and maintenance, carry your own auto insurance, and handle your own taxes and expenses. What You’ll Do Medical Equipment Delivery & Assembly: Transport, assemble, and set up medical equipment (such as wheelchairs, walkers, commodes, and hospital beds) at healthcare facilities and patient residences. Patient Interaction & Instruction: Clearly explain the proper use and operation of equipment to patients and caregivers with professionalism, care, and strong English communication skills. Heavy Lifting: Comfortably lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs independently following your initial training period. App-Based Tracking: Log into 'Timeero' daily for time tracking, clock-ins/outs, route tracking, and proof of delivery. On-Call Availability: Participate in a rotating Monday–Sunday on-call schedule regardless of your primary shift assignment. Compliance: Follow all chain-of-custody, confidentiality, safety guidelines, and HIPAA standards at all times. Service Areas & Shifts Locations include Marlborough, MA , Weymouth, MA , and Warwick, RI . Marlborough & Weymouth Coverage: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat: 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mon – Fri: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM Warwick, RI & Weymouth Coverage: Tue – Sat: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Mon – Fri: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM Note: Rotating Monday–Sunday on-call required for all positions. Vehicles Accepted Morning Shifts: Sprinter Vans / High-Roof Vans (strongly preferred). Afternoon Shifts: Cargo Vans accepted. Requirements Active TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential). Medical Courier / Compliance Training: HIPAA, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens, or medical equipment handling compliance. Vehicle Requirements: High-roof Sprinter Van or Cargo Van in clean, reliable working condition. Physical Capability: Ability to lift, maneuver, and assemble equipment up to 75 lbs on your own. Clean Driving & Criminal Record: No more than 2 motor vehicle violations in the last 3 years; no major criminal record violations (background check required). Technology & Communication: Smartphone required for the 'Timeero' app; fluent English speaking and reading skills required for patient interaction. Auto Insurance: Valid, active auto insurance with proof required at interview. Compensation & Schedule Details Weekly Friday payments. Full compensation structure, route details, and expectations are discussed during the final interview process. This Role Is NOT a Fit If You: Cannot lift up to 75 lbs unassisted. Do not have access to a Sprinter van or Cargo van. Have more than 2 driving violations in the past 3 years or a major criminal record. Are unwilling to participate in a rotating Monday–Sunday on-call schedule. Are looking for a W-2 job with benefits or a flexible "whenever I feel like working" schedule.
