HVAC WAREHOUSE CLERK

Job Summary J&S HVAC Services is seeking a dependable and organized HVAC Warehouse Clerk to assist with daily warehouse operations. This role works closely with the HVAC Warehouse Lead to ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and fully stocked to support our field teams. While this position primarily supports HVAC operations , the warehouse clerk will also assist with plumbing and electrical material handling and inventory when needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment. This position offers room for growth for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and leadership potential. Responsibilities Assist the HVAC Warehouse Lead with daily warehouse operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Pull and prepare material orders for daily HVAC field operations Assist with plumbing and electrical warehouse inventory and material handling Receive and verify incoming shipments and deliveries Restock and organize inventory Assist with monthly inventory audits and cycle counts Load and unload materials and equipment Label, organize, and track materials properly within the warehouse Communicate inventory shortages or discrepancies to warehouse leadership Qualifications Previous warehouse, HVAC supply, plumbing supply, or construction material experience preferred but not required Spanish & English is a MUST.
