Experience using common hand tools and power tools safely and confidently. Basic painting, finishing and general fabrication skills. Strong attention to detail and care for the quality of finished work. Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to figure out how things go together. The ability to follow drawings, photographs, samples, design direction and technical instructions. The ability to work independently on familiar tasks once trained. Good organization and the ability to keep tools, materials and work areas orderly. The ability to shift between custom builds, decorating, warehouse preparation and onsite work as project needs change.
