The Role You are the face of Al's at every stop. You will run a route, deliver fuel safely and on time, and leave every customer feeling looked after. Our drivers work independently, so we are looking for someone dependable, careful, and friendly who also enjoys being part of a team. What You Will Do Deliver heating oil, kerosene, and diesel to homes and businesses along your assigned route Treat every customer with courtesy and respect, and make sure they know we value their business Handle the physical side of the job, including hose work, in all kinds of New England weather Complete daily vehicle inspections, keep your truck clean and road ready, and flag any issues right away Track your fuel loads and truck inventory accurately, and keep delivery records clean and complete Follow all DOT, safety, and company procedures, and speak up when you see something that is not right at a delivery site Pass along customer updates and access notes so the next delivery goes smoothly Take your turn on the on call rotation for after hours emergencies Keep learning through the training and support we provide What You Bring Valid Class A or B CDL with HazMat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements A clean, safe driving record Ability to pass a drug screen, DOT physical, and Homeland Security background check A strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude What We Offer Performance based winter bonus pool for full time and seasonal drivers Medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, with month premium contributions.
