Front Counter/Shipper and Receiver

Essential duties and responsibilities Running Till, working with customers and answering phones Shipping and receiving - unloading shipments and checking in merchandise Maintain inventory controls by filling stock orders, entering received material in computer and counting physical inventory. Use of equipment (forklift) Wear the proper safety equipment e.g. (steel toed shoes) Qualification requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred Good telephone etiquette Dependable and reliable Good communication, organization, time management, mathematical and computer skills Drivers licence Forklift certificate Physical demands and abilities Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to or more than 80 lbs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental care Extended health care RRSP match Vision care Work Location: In person
