Forklift Operator Warehouse Agent - Northlink, Forthworth TX

HJ Staffing is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Forklift Operators / Warehouse Agents to join our team in partnership with Pegasus Logistics Group. As a Warehouse Agent, you will play a key role in receiving, stocking, managing inventory, pulling, and shipping customer-owned material—including specialized serialized electronics. Location: Initial placement at Coppell Warehouse (306 Airline Drive, Coppell, TX 75019) with a scheduled transition to Northlink Warehouse (15301 Northlink Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76131) later this year. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Occasional weekend work required) Key Responsibilities Receive, select, inventory, store, and ship warehouse supplies, merchandise, and equipment. Safely operate electric warehouse equipment, including: Electric Reach Trucks Electric Standup Counterbalance Forklifts Electric Order Pickers Perform cycle counting and support inventory control duties. Load and unload materials for general and specialized accounts, including handling serialized electronics. Manage LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping processes, utilizing TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and processing Bills of Lading (BOLs). Maintain strict adherence to account SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and warehouse safety standards. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1–3 years of warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience. Working knowledge of warehouse storage, handling techniques, and safety regulations. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Preferred: Forklift Certification highly preferred. 3+ years of related warehouse/equipment operating experience.
