tics, distribution, or material handling is also valued. Quad is seeking Forklift Operators to join our Hartford manufacturing team. This isn't a traditional warehouse role.
You'll work directly with production teams, moving paper, materials, and finished products throughout one of Quad's largest manufacturing facilities and helping ensure our printing equipment has what it needs to keep customer orders on schedule. Operate forklifts and other powered material-handling equipment. Supply printing and finishing equipment with paper and production materials.
Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility. Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently. Maintain inventory using RF scanners and computerized systems. Perform routine equipment inspections.
Previous forklift operating experience is strongly preferred. Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, logistics, distribution, or material-handling experience.
Experience loading and unloading trailers is preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems. At Quad, you'll play an important role in keeping one of North America's largest print manufacturing operations moving.
