Food Production Worker

Duties Operate and monitor various food processing equipment, ensuring smooth production flow Follow strict FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards to maintain food safety and quality Assist in packaging finished products accurately and efficiently while adhering to sanitation protocols Conduct routine sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet hygiene standards Perform basic math calculations for portioning, weighing, and inventory control Support the implementation of food safety procedures during all stages of production Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs promptly Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required within the food processing plant Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety practices is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Basic understanding of food production processes and manufacturing environments Strong commitment to sanitation, safety, and quality standards in a food processing plant setting Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform minor repairs or adjustments on equipment Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting up to specified weights, and working in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills with a team-oriented mindset Basic math skills for measurements and inventory management Join us in creating safe, high-quality food products while advancing your career in the vibrant food industry!
