Field Product Inventory Mananger

Location: Gainesville Type: Direct Hire Job #11840 Salary: $85000 Location Type: Hybrid The Field Inventory & Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting inventory accuracy, asset utilization, product availability, and operational efficiency across multiple field locations. This position works closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and other internal teams to coordinate inventory activities, physical audits, reconciliation efforts, inventory optimization, product transitions, and field support. Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; equivalent relevant experience in high volume regulated industry may be considered in lieu of a degree. 3+ years of experience in filed operations supporting inventory management, inventory control, and supply chain functions. Experience managing or supporting inventory across multiple locations. Experience conducting physical inventory counts, audits, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations. Experience analyzing inventory levels, utilization, aging, excess inventory, turns, or similar performance measures. Experience using ERP, inventory management, or enterprise business systems. Preferred Education & Experience Bachelors degree in supply chain, logistics, or operations management with regional inventory experience supporting inventory programs within a highly regulated, technical, or complex manufacturing environment. Experience with distributed, consignment, customer-owned, or field-based high volume inventory programs. Experience developing inventory strategies, deployment recommendations, stocking levels, or asset-recovery initiatives. Experience supporting product launches, product transitions, product discontinuations, or inventory lifecycle programs. Hands on experience with inventory optimization, process improvement, operational reporting, and performance metrics. Experience resolving urgent inventory or product availability issues involving customers or field personnel.
