Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dispatcher/customer service rep to assist with dispatching for AAA emergency roadside tow company. Responsibilities Have ability to multi-task Manage large amounts of incoming calls Take customer payments Properly release vehicles to insurance companies/registered owners Manage drivers on mapping system Must be able to pass background check Experience is preferred but not required ** WILL TRAIN* OVER NIGHT SHIFTS Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month Experience: Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
