Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

The salary range indicated on the ad 20-25 is based on your experience as dispatcher at a major Limo Service company or any other Travel Related companies. A. Must be familiar with the Major US and international airports, geographical time zone and be able to handle high volume of calls to dispatch and confirm with global affiliate network. B. Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and friendly Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate vehicle dispatches, manage customer inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between clients, drivers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic transportation environment. Responsibilities Manage the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles using transportation management systems and vehicle dispatch software. Communicate effectively with drivers via phone calls, internal messaging, and multi-line phone systems to coordinate pickups and deliveries. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, booking requests, and service updates.
