Role and Responsibilities of Dispatcher:
You will manage dispatch operations by monitoring courier activities, coordinating routes, and communicating service updates to ensure timely and reliable deliveries. This role requires strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time-sensitive transportation activities.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch activities to support efficient and cost-effective delivery operations.
• Assign and manage courier routes while maintaining timely service performance.
• Track delivery activities and communicate concerns or operational issues to the Customer Service Manager.
• Maintain updated knowledge of routes and locations to provide accurate delivery information.
• Use tracking and dispatch software such as E-Courier to manage shipment activities.
• Address service issues by communicating information, identifying solutions, and supporting resolution efforts.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, staff, and internal teams.
• Apply critical thinking skills to make effective decisions during dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete required data entry activities.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
• Maintain regular attendance and dependable work performance.
Required Skills and Experience of Dispatcher:
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching methods and operational procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple teams.
• Strong computer skills including data entry, documentation, and organizational tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with courier, transportation, or logistics dispatch operations.
• Experience using tracking or dispatch management systems.
• Experience coordinating time-sensitive deliveries.

The position offers a pay rate of $20 per hour along with benefits including:
