Stock Control Supervisor:
This position oversees inventory control activities by improving accuracy, supporting team development, maintaining compliance, and ensuring associates have the resources needed to perform effectively.
• Maintain customer inventory accuracy and monitor shrinkage to meet required service agreements.
• Improve inventory processes and system performance while ensuring proper care and control of customer inventory.
• Provide required documentation to customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies when needed.
• Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and equitable work environment for all associates.
• Complete employee performance reviews, establish development plans, and support succession planning.
• Administer and enforce company policies while ensuring proper communication with the team.
• Provide associates with training and access to tools required to complete their responsibilities successfully.
Required Skills and Experience of Stock Control Supervisor:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent four years of related experience.
• Some knowledge of inventory control procedures preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory and warehouse management systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, or similar systems required.
Compensation and Benefits of Stock Control Supervisor:
• Salary range: $55,000 - $90,000.
