Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and staff to foster fleet retention. Serve as a driver advocate, ensuring smooth internal communication and support. Maximize driver pay and equipment utilization. Collaborate with other departments to achieve customer, driver, and company goals while maintaining safety initiatives. Relay customer communication to drivers effectively.
