Order Picker/Packer

Overview Join our warehouse team as an Order Picker/Packer and keep orders moving accurately from storage to shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and technology to pick, pack, stock, and prepare products while following safe handling procedures. Duties Pick items against order details using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized. Scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and update records in the warehouse management system. Pack and label orders, check quantities, and stage shipments for warehouse distribution. Load and unload deliveries, stock inventory, and support shipping and receiving. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices. Your impact: Accurate picking and careful packing help customers receive the right items in good condition. Requirements Warehouse experience is helpful; order fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory management, or warehouse distribution experience is a plus. Basic math skills and the ability to read order details, scan barcodes, and maintain accurate inventory records. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual materials handling, and to operate material handling equipment safely. Familiarity with packing, picking and packing, stocking, load and unload tasks, and inventory management systems is preferred. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus; all candidates must demonstrate safety protocol adherence and readiness to learn role-specific procedures.
