Demand Planner

Philips is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planner to support a critical EDI initiative within our Clinical Measurements business. This role will focus on developing demand forecasts, building planning models, and translating Order Intake forecasts into actionable supply and financial plans while supporting the implementation of our o9 planning platform. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain demand forecasting models using advanced Excel. Translate Order Intake, Sell-In, and Sell-Out forecasts into demand plans. Analyze customer demand, inventory, and future opportunities to improve forecast accuracy. Load demand plans into o9 and support planning reviews and sign-off meetings. Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to align forecasts with business needs. Qualifications: Experience in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management. Advanced Excel skills required. Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities. Experience building forecasting models and demand plans. Ability to work independently in a data-driven environment. Preferred: Experience with o9 planning software. Knowledge of ERP systems, distributor inventory planning, or Make-to-Stock (MTS) environments.
