Overview Join our dynamic team as a Delivery & Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll be at the heart of ensuring seamless product distribution and exceptional customer service. In this energetic role, you'll coordinate the efficient loading, unloading, and storage of goods while managing order picking and shipping processes. Your expertise will help maintain a well-organized warehouse environment, supporting timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently. Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, and maintaining detailed logs. Load and unload trucks with heavy lifting techniques while adhering to OSHA safety standards to prevent injuries. Small package and pails delivery via our delivery van within the Bay Area route of our customers Organize warehouse storage areas for optimal space utilization, including stacking pallets and materials handling with mechanical knowledge of warehouse systems. Assist in warehouse distribution tasks by coordinating with supervisors to prioritize orders and ensure timely dispatch. Maintain warehouse management system records for inventory tracking, order status updates, and shipment documentation. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and crane machinery following safety protocols to support construction or industrial projects when needed. Support shipping & receiving operations by preparing goods for shipment, labeling packages accurately, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to load & unload materials efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment. Small package and pails delivery via our delivery van within the Bay Area route of our customers Skills Must have clean driving record Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling. Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation including forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control and order processing. Mechanical aptitude with understanding of heavy equipment maintenance or troubleshooting is a plus. Ability to operate RF scanners accurately for order picking tasks using <PERSON> pickers technology. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use. Experience in construction or industrial environments involving load & unload procedures with heavy lifting techniques. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members on logistics tasks. Warehouse supervisor experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the role.
