MS Logistics Solutions LLC is seeking reliable delivery drivers to deliver packages throughout Central Florida using their own vehicles. Immediate openings available. PICKUP LOCATION AND START TIME 11352 Space BlvdOrlando, FL 32837 Report time: 4:30 a.m. Punctuality is required. A route is not guaranteed if you arrive late. Routes are assigned by dispatch based on availability. Delivery areas, route sizes, and package volume vary daily. We do not guarantee a fixed route or a specific number of packages. The drive from the warehouse to your first delivery may take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on the assigned area. Please consider this distance before applying. RESPONSIBILITIES Arrive on time for warehouse pickup.• Help organize packages by route.• Scan, organize, and load assigned packages.• Follow delivery instructions and record proof of delivery.• Handle packages carefully and complete the assigned route the same day.• Promptly report delivery issues.• Stay in contact with dispatch through WhatsApp during your route. REQUIREMENTS Your own reliable vehicle. Sedans are accepted; SUVs, crossovers, and cargo vans are also welcome.• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.• Smartphone with an active data plan and WhatsApp.• Ability to report to the Orlando warehouse at 4:30 a.m. on your scheduled days.• Ability to load, carry, and deliver packages.• Reliable attendance and professional customer service.• Delivery experience preferred. PAY AND BONUSES $1.00 for the first package delivered at each address.• $0.30 for each additional package delivered to the same address. Package Organization Bonus:• $10 per day for helping organize packages when working fewer than four days that week.• $50 total for the week when working four or more days and helping organize packages. Gasoline Bonus:• $10 per day worked when working fewer than four days that week.• $50 total for the week when working four or more days. Both full-time and part-time drivers are eligible for these bonuses. Each bonus is capped at $50 per week. The workweek closes on Sunday. Payment is issued the following Sunday by ACH/direct deposit or Zelle. GETTING STARTED During your first three days, you will begin with smaller routes to become familiar with the delivery process. Earnings during this period depend on the assigned route. Each route has an estimated completion time. Delivery time varies based on the area, distance between stops, and your pace. Taking longer to complete a route does not increase its payment. We provide assigned routes, route optimization, and driver support through WhatsApp. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, fuel, vehicle maintenance, insurance, and other operating expenses. The gasoline bonus helps offset fuel expenses.
