Your role: As a Data Analyst (Design to Manufacturing), you will support business decision-making and performance improvement through data analysis, reporting, and the development of business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with Beyond Road stakeholders to understand business needs, develop relevant analyses, and promote data-driven decision-making. You will also help maintain reporting tools and data governance practices, provide user support, and ensure that documentation and training materials remain up to date. If you’re passionate about business intelligence, Power BI, and turning data into actionable insights, this role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact. We need you to: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for teams involved in Design-to-Manufacturing processes, including: analyzing requirements and drafting specifications; cleaning and preparing data; identifying trends and patterns; maintaining accurate documentation; and adhering to the Group’s ethical standards and data governance rules. Manage and support the data sources used for reporting, including Data Lake environments, internal data warehouses, and external databases. Collaborate with process partners, process engineers, and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs (IRM processes). Promote development standards, governance practices, and continuous improvement within the citizen developer community. Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions that support process teams and their internal business partners. Provide Level 1 support for reporting and analytics tools, maintain user documentation, and provide training to users. To succeed in this role, you must have: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience in business intelligence and data management. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent is a plus. Experience in industrial procurement, direct procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related business function is a plus. Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to function effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
