Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher (DSR)

We’re hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher (DSR) to support two dynamic companies on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday shift. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering calls, responding to inquiries, booking and dispatching service calls, coordinating technicians in the field, managing schedules, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do: Answer calls and emails professionally and promptly Book service appointments and sold estimates Dispatch and coordinate technicians throughout the day Monitor schedules and adjust appointments as needed Enter and update customer information in our system Recommend solutions or route requests to the right department Collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent customer service What You Bring: Customer service and/or dispatch experience (plumbing or trades is a plus) Strong communication and phone skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Solid computer, scheduling, and data entry skills Confidence making quick decisions and problem-solving on the fly Experience with ServiceTitan and Google Workspace is a huge bonus Schedule: Full-time position Saturday, Sunday, Monday shift Perfect for someone who enjoys weekdays off and thrives in a busy environment Why Join Us: Competitive pay Supportive, team-focused culture Growth opportunities A unique brand personality with lots of room to have fun while working hard Apply today and help us deliver outstanding service with a side of personality.
