Customer Service Associate

Job Overview: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Duties: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed - Assist with inventory management and replenishment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures - Ability to work well in a team environment - Phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone - skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus We offer competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
