About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Customer Service & Fulfillment Associate to support our daily warehouse operations, fulfill customer orders, manage inventory, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll play an important role in making sure our warehouse runs smoothly and every customer receives the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate customer pickups and outgoing deliveries. Ensure orders are completed on time. Maintain accuracy and quality standards. Resolve missing, incorrect, or damaged order issues. Warehouse & Inventory Management Receive, organize, and put away incoming inventory. Track inventory quantities and stock movements. Rotate inventory based on best-before dates to ensure products with the earliest dates are prioritized for sale and fulfillment. Complete regular physical inventory counts. Identify low-stock items, discrepancies, and products approaching their best-before dates. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly. Help customers with orders, pickups, and product questions. Resolve customer concerns with care and efficiency. Create a positive customer experience with every interaction. Systems & Operations Use order management and inventory systems to track products and orders. Maintain accurate records. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency. Support daily operational priorities as the business grows. What We're Looking For Experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, retail, or customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with technology and order management systems. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment. Passion for reducing food waste and supporting the community. What Success Looks Like Customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Inventory is organized and accurately tracked. Customers receive friendly, responsive service. Warehouse operations run efficiently. Problems are identified and resolved proactively.
