Responsibilities Lead and motivate a retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems management Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing retail environment Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities Implement effective employee orientation programs and conduct ongoing training & development initiatives Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards are maintained Monitor sales performance metrics, manage payroll and budgeting activities, and control operational costs to meet business objectives Experience Proven management experience in retail sales or wireless industry environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and team management Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control, cash handling, bookkeeping, and purchasing processes Demonstrated leadership in retail management roles with experience supervising sales teams in fast-paced settings Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—along with organizational skills and time management expertise Knowledge of retail math for pricing strategies and sales analysis; experience with operational management including merchandising and stock control is preferred Previous assistant manager or store manager experience is highly desirable Join us to lead a vibrant wireless retail store where your leadership fuels success!
