Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers to transport freight across various routes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics operation while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards set by FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation). Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers, including refrigerated trailers. Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure on-time deliveries across diverse regions Load and unload freight manually or with equipment, ensuring proper handling of logistics cargo with safety regulations Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations, DOT guidelines, and hazardous materials regulations during all phases of transportation Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers to identify maintenance needs or safety issues Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and cargo documentation as required by law Requirements Valid CDL A license with clean driving record and 2 years proven experience in commercial truck driving Experience with refrigerated trailers is highly desirable Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and route planning for over-the-road (OTR) driving routes Familiarity with truck loading/unloading procedures, including manual handling techniques for freight cargo Understanding of FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) rules, and hazardous materials regulations Ability to handle dangerous goods safely and responsibly in compliance with all safety standards Strong commitment to safety protocols, punctuality, and customer service excellence Join our team as a CDL A Truck Driver and become a vital part of our logistics network!
