Central Warehouse Associate - Part Time

Overview Zafiro Clothing Co. is a luxury men's fashion retailer with five stores in Puerto Rico and an e-commerce operation. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our central warehouse. You will receive and process incoming merchandise, prepare it for distribution, deliver it to our stores using a company vehicle, and help keep inventory accurate and the warehouse organized. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against documentation, and report any shortages, overages, or damage Apply labels to merchandise according to company standards Enter received merchandise into the inventory system accurately and on time Prepare and allocate merchandise for each store based on distribution assignments Deliver merchandise to our store locations in a company vehicle and confirm receipt Perform scheduled cycle counts, reconcile results against the system, and report discrepancies Organize and maintain warehouse areas so merchandise is properly located, identified, and easy to find Assist with additional day-to-day warehouse tasks as needed Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counts and data entry Comfortable using computers and inventory or point-of-sale systems Dependable, punctual, and organized Preferred Prior experience in a warehouse, inventory, or retail environment Experience with inventory management or POS systems What We Offer Part-time schedule Company vehicle provided for store deliveries Opportunity to work with a growing luxury retail brand Pay: $12.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
