Overview New Malwa Express Inc. is looking for experienced and dependable CDL-A drivers to join our growing team! We are currently hiring Regional and Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers with a minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience. Positions Available Regional CDL-A Drivers Regional driving routes. Overnight runs are part of the position. Must be comfortable staying on the road overnight. Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules. OTR CDL-A Drivers Over-the-road and long-distance routes. Extended trips and time away from home. Must be comfortable with longer-distance driving. Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules. Pay & Benefits Competitive weekly pay: $2,000–$2,500. Consistent driving opportunities. Regional and OTR positions available. Professional dispatch and operations support. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial tractor-trailers on assigned regional and OTR routes. Follow assigned schedules, routes, and delivery instructions. Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and required vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logs using the company's ELD system. Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations, including Hours of Service requirements. Maintain proper following distance, speed, lane discipline, and safe driving practices. Secure and verify freight as required. Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, deliveries, equipment issues, and road conditions. Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery documentation. Report accidents, vehicle defects, and safety concerns immediately. Requirements Valid CDL Class A license. Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience. Safe and responsible driving history. Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations. Experience operating commercial tractor-trailers. Ability to complete inspections and maintain accurate ELD logs. Dependable, professional, and safety-minded attitude. Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
