Overview Away 2 Go Delivery is seeking a CDL Class A tractor-trailer driver for work based at the Port of Baltimore. You’ll move freight safely and reliably, follow assigned routes, and handle cargo with care. This role may involve delivery driving, local and short regional runs . Responsibilities Operate a commercial truck and tractor-trailer, including vehicles with manual transmissions, in line with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. Use GPS navigation and route-driving instructions to complete deliveries and support logistics cargo handling. Your impact: Careful driving and cargo handling help customers receive freight safely and on schedule. Experience Required: Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A and experience in commercial truck driving, commercial driving, or delivery driving. Required: Safe driving practices and ability to handle physical loading and unloading tasks. Preferred: Experience with tractor trailers, container freight, and short OTR routes. Familiarity with DOT and FMCSA requirements, GPS navigation, and hazardous materials regulations is valued.
